Kosovo Albanians have just taken power in North Mitrovica by force.While the Kosovo police guarded the local parliament building, the Albanian Nejat Ugljanin was elected as the chairman, and the new MPs took the oath in the Albanian language.

Serbian flags were removed, both from the parliament building and from the hall where all this took place.
